Marion Chatelain is a Researcher at the Department of Zoology, University of Innsbruck, focusing on urban ecology and evolutionary biology. Her work investigates how urbanisation – through factors such as metal pollution and food availability – shapes the ecology and evolution of wildlife, particularly birds. She is also interested in applied sustainability science, developing strategies to enhance urban biodiversity and engage communities in conservation.
